Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arrived website and waitlist (the "Service"). By accessing the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who we are

Arrived is a pre-launch travel-transport app operated from Denmark. Until a company is incorporated, the Service is provided by the individual operator of Arrived, reachable at hello@arrived-app.com. These Terms will be updated with the registered legal entity when incorporation completes.

The Service

This website provides information about the upcoming Arrived app, free city transport guides, and a pre-launch waitlist. The app is not yet available, and details, features, pricing, and timing described on the site may change before launch. The city guides are provided for general information — transport fares, routes, and app availability change, and you should verify critical details (such as last trains or airport transfers) locally.

The waitlist

• You must provide a valid email address that you are authorized to use.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app, any specific launch date, pricing, or promotional offer.
• You may ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

Launch offer: free city unlock

Waitlist members may be offered a free city unlock when the app launches. This offer is promotional and subject to the following: it applies to one city of your choice per waitlist signup; it is personal and non-transferable; it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or resold; and we may modify or withdraw the offer before launch if it is abused (for example, through duplicate or automated signups). Any additional conditions will be stated in the launch email.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or overload the site, circumventing security or anti-spam measures, scraping content at scale, or using automated means to access the site without permission.

Intellectual property

The Arrived name, logo, content, and design are owned by Arrived and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use them without our prior written permission. Linking to our guides is welcome.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that guide information is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrived will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Indemnity

If you use the Service in breach of these Terms and that breach causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to compensate us for reasonable costs and damages arising from the claim. This clause does not apply to consumers where it would be unenforceable under local consumer law.

Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you additionally keep all mandatory protections of the consumer-protection law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts. EU regulations — including the GDPR — apply to the Service regardless of the governing law chosen here.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its intent.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example when the app launches. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify waitlist members by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
