These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arrived website and waitlist (the "Service"). By accessing the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Arrived is an upcoming travel-transport app. This website provides information about the product and lets you join a pre-launch waitlist. The app is not yet available, and details, features, and timing described here may change before launch.

The waitlist

• You must provide a valid email address that you are authorized to use.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app, any specific pricing, or any promotional offer. Launch benefits (such as free premium) are offered at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms.
• You may ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or overload the site, circumventing security or anti-spam measures, or using automated means to access the site without permission.

Intellectual property

The Arrived name, logo, content, and design are owned by Arrived and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
