Information we collect

• Waitlist details. When you join the waitlist we collect the email address you provide and, optionally, your next travel destination.
• Usage data. Like most websites, we collect basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. This helps us understand traffic and improve the site.
• Anti-spam data. To protect the waitlist form from bots we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical signals (such as your IP address) to verify you are a human.

How we use your information

• To add you to the waitlist and send you a confirmation and launch-related updates.
• To understand and improve site performance and content.
• To protect the site and form against abuse and spam.

We do not sell your personal information. We will only email you about Arrived and you can opt out at any time by replying to any email or contacting us at hello@arrived.app.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted processors to operate the site:

• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
• Supabase — secure database that stores waitlist signups.
• Resend — sends the confirmation and update emails.
• Google Analytics — aggregate traffic analytics (sets cookies; loaded only with your consent).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the waitlist form.

Cookies

Essential functionality works without cookies. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies only after you accept them via the consent banner. You can decline at any time and the site will continue to work normally.

Data retention

We keep waitlist information until launch and for a reasonable period afterward to send you relevant updates, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@arrived.app and we will respond promptly.
